We ship our catalog products via USPS Priority Mail within the continental United States, except for California, Arizona and Texas. California, Arizona and Texas do not allow fruit to be shipped into the state. All other products can be shipped into those states. You will receive a tracking number for your order when your order ships via the e-mail address you give when placing your order.

Shipping Charges

To guarantee delivery, proper and complete addresses are needed. If your package returns to us, we will contact the sender. If you choose to reship the package, you will have to pay for reshipment.
  • Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico ship USPS Flat Rate.
  • Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days of receiving.
  • All in-stock orders should be received within 2 to 3 business days
  • Expedited Delivery is available; please e-mail for options.

Delivery/Shipping Surcharges: (DSS)

  • Certain items that are oversized, heavy, require special packaging or are being delivered to remote locations are more costly to ship. These items have a surcharge from USPS. The delivery surcharge may be in addition to the standard shipping charges.

Substitutions and Arrival Dates

  • If the item of your choice is unavailable or does not meet our high standards for quality, we may need to substitute an item of equal or greater value.
  • You and those who receive your gifts must be delighted, or we'll make it right with either an appropriate replacement or a full refund - whichever you prefer.
