Butter refers to the texture of the product, not the content. Fruit Butter has no fat at all, since there's none in the fruit or the sugar that we use. We make our butters from whole select fruit that is pureed and cooked to a smooth spread able consistency.All of our butters are great on hot biscuits or muffins as well as in cakes and other baked goods. |

"Seedless" preserves are made with pureed fruit and cane sugar. They are smooth in texture and easy for spreading. They are also wonderful slightly warmed and served over desserts or pancakes and waffles. |
"No Sugar Added" butters & preserves are great for low carb, low sugar diets. Spreads are made with the same Grade A Fruits but No Refined Sugar Added. These are sweetened with pure white grape juice concentrate (Fructose) instead of cane sugar (Sucrose). The fruit itself contains fructose, a natural sugar, so it is not "Sugar Free". |
